Audit logs
Every primitive call is logged with loom, skill, credits, and decision. Cloth retains one year. Mill exports to your bucket.
Key isolation
Per-loom tokens. Provider keys stay in the mill vault. Customer secrets never land in route payloads we store.
Optional VPC
Mill plans can pin runtime and Postgres to a dedicated network. Routing still meters through the mill control plane.

What a heddle does
A heddle lifts selected warp threads. The heddle opens a shed so the shuttle can pass. Heddwove is named for that lift: the right model, tool, and identity for this turn, woven into one fabric.
On a floor loom the weaver does not pick threads by hand for every pick. The harness does the lift. Config is our harness. You declare which threads exist. The mill lifts them for this turn and writes down what passed. That record is the audit log.
If you remember one picture from this site, remember the shed: two warps up, two warps down, one rust weft through the gap. That is a governed agent turn.
Routing is a policy with an invoice
A route that only says “pick a cheap model” will surprise finance. Heddwove treats routing as a policy attached to a tool, then prints an invoice line. Class B stays in class B. Frontier stays a named exception. Idle research waits for the 15 minute batch window.
When a class is empty the mill fails closed. The agent sees route.denied. A human can widen the class. The next turn reads the new policy. Credits stay honest because the denied call never bills tokens.
Humans still sign the KYC
Identity packets, cards, and filings helpers are primitives on the mill. Licensed partners hold money movement and collect KYC and KYB. A human still signs. Heddwove meters the call, stores the decision, and caps the card. That sentence also lives in the footer of every page.

What we collect
Account names, work emails, company names, loom configs, run inputs you send to the API, audit metadata, billing contacts, and messages submitted through this site. Payment card PAN stays with the PCI-scoped partner. Heddwove stores last4, caps, and authorization outcomes.
Why we collect it
To provision looms, meter credits, enforce policy, invoice seats, reply to contact forms, and keep the mill secure. Credits are prepaid usage. We keep billing records as required under Indian tax law.
Retention
Warp audit logs 14 days. Cloth 1 year. Mill 3 years or the contract term. Contact form mail 24 months. You may request deletion of a console account. Legal holds and partner KYC files follow the partner’s schedule.
Sharing
We share data with licensed payments and filings partners to complete a primitive you invoked, with subprocessors that host the mill in India and the EU, and with authorities when law requires it. Account lists stay inside Heddwove.
Terms
These terms cover use of heddwove.xyz, the mill API, and console seats. Heddwove Pvt. Ltd. provides the service. Governing law: India. Venue: Bengaluru.
Credits and seats
Credits are prepaid usage. They linger as described on the pricing page. Seats are human console logins. Agent runs burn credits. Unused Warp included credits expire at the end of the calendar month they were issued.
Acceptable use
You will use the mill for lawful agent operations. Prohibited uses include fraud, unlicensed money transmission, abuse of mail or numbers, and attempts to bypass spend caps or KYC. We may suspend a loom that trips those rules.
Partners
Filings and payments run through licensed partners. Humans still complete KYC. Heddwove meters and governs. Partner terms apply to money movement and incorporation packets.
API
You are responsible for configs you apply and for runs you start. The mill records primitive calls. You will keep tokens secret and rotate them if they leak.
