Yes. Unused included credits linger 90 days from the invoice date. Purchased top-ups linger 90 days from the payment date.
Who holds the money?
Licensed partners hold money movement. Heddwove meters and governs. Filings and payments run through those partners. Humans still complete KYC.
What is a seat?
A seat is a human console login. Agent runs burn credits. Warp includes one seat. Cloth includes five.
